| I do something similar with Shorts, If I haven found a buyer or need to postpone it a little longer I tell the bank my funds are tied up with another property that was accepted before they did and I need a few weeks to cash out that one or line up some financing. Most of the time I successful. I feel b/c we already gone through the work, but a few times the bank told me to F off and I lost the deal :cry:

The only way Entergy shareholders can be hurt is if Vermont actions are copied by other states. Even this, however, shouldn have any real impact, as the federal government remains supportive of re licensing efforts, and other states don have veto power this includes New York, where the Indian Point nuke remains controversial with some voters.

Also, if you're going to install a fiberglass wall panel over an existing block wall, maybe there is paint on the wall. It's not always wise to use adhesives since you may not know how well that adhesive will bond to the existing wall. So in lieu of adhesives you can use plastic anchors. The plastic anchors are color matched to match the fiberglass wall panel. Generally, you're going to have the plastic anchors approximately an inch or two from the edges and then every sixteen inches on center, both width wise and up the fiberglass wall panel. And make sure that you oversize the holes; these plastic anchors are approximately 1/4 inch in diameter so a 3/8th's inch hole in the FRP panel will be sufficient. The hole into the wall surface, whether it's block or drywall, should be a quarter of an inch that way it allows some movement for the fiberglass wall panel. Always remember this is a plastic panel and if there's any temperature changes the FRP panel will expand and contract depending on the temperature changes that occurs.
