| Unfortunately, the NHL is in its second work stoppage in less than a decade. Fans don't forget when millionaires argue about money with other millionaires. These same alienated fans may give their time and hard earned money to other sports and entertainment options, while the NHL and NHLPA argue over the same issues from the last work stoppage in 2004. So far 326 games have been canceled and unless great strides are made in the negotiations between the NHL and NHLPA, well, more games will be lost forever.
