| You should layer your upper body the same way, a base layer of moisture wicking underwear, fleece or wool, and a wind jacket on the top layer. The fleece or wool will keep you warm by holding your body heat and the wind stopping outer layer will keep your body from experiencing wind chill.

Indirect light from an east, south or west window is ideal. During the winter you may need to supplement their daylight with some artificial light.
