| Many of the new fabrics being used in running gear today are called technical fabrics. These are designed to breathe and wick away the moisture. There are various names that each of the tech fabric manufacturers use for their special blend. While some may test better than others in the lab, just about all of them will be a great leap forward from cotton.

It is coming in to the best time of year now which is the summer and it is a great time of year and I love it but at the moment my house still reminds me of winter as it is time for a change and since it is the start of the summer I will be spending a lot more time out of the house as we all do when the sun comes out. I myself are never in during the day in the summer and I pretty much live in the garden but that does not mean I can just ignore the house you see even though I don't use the house much in the summer I do use the garden a lot for party's and small gatherings and it is true that we mostly stay in the garden so you have to go through the house to get to the garden and people are always in and out of the house for the bath room or other such things so it is important not to forget about the house all together but . I don't really want to be spending a lot of money on the house at this time of year like most of us money is tight at the best of times but in the summer period we tend to spend more money on our selves rather than the house and I have always said winter is the time to decorate but as I have said I don't want to redecorate I just wanted to brighten the house with out to much time effort or money spent I know I don't ask for much.

It also makes one wonder how exactly they accomplished the whole "get a bear to pursue someone off the stage" thing back in Shakespearean times. Maybe they just put out a casting call for "really hairy guy." It's not like they had CGI they could whip up, and we're assuming that even back then, you could be sued if a real life bear ran loose in your venue and ate the audience. That's just not the sort of thing that happened back in Elizabethan England. Well, unless you count Queen Elizabeth's favorite form of entertainment: bear baiting.
