| In the United States, we already have a classification system to name tropical storms and hurricanes, which are tracked across the major ocean basins and sometimes onto land by the National Hurricane Center. Winter storms have never been named before and are often given names after the fact, something of which to help remember the storm and its impacts in a historical sense.

The Nordic countries have followed international trends and invested heavily in biotech clusters.
